Odoo在企业的采购操作管理中始终确保保护。Odoo中提供的警告消息功能将使您能够根据采购订单中包含的供应商或产品在采购订单上生成警告或阻止消息。当您遇到特定供应商或产品的困难时，可以使用此功能。让我们看一下这个特性是如何在Purchase模块中工作的。

From the Settings menu of the module, you can activate the Warnings option available under the Orders tab.

在模块的Settings菜单中，您可以激活Orders选项卡下的Warnings选项。

After activating this feature, make sure to click the Save button to save the new changes. Now, you can set warning messages for vendors and products in your Purchase module.

激活此功能后，请确保单击Save按钮保存新更改。现在，您可以在Purchase模块中为供应商和产品设置警告消息。

In the vendor management window, you will get an additional option to set Warning Messages for the particular vendor as shown in the screenshot below.

Under the Internal Notes tab, you will get the Warning on the Purchase Order option where you can select a suitable operation from the given options for the purchase order with this vendor. If you don’t want to generate any kind of warning message, you can select the No Message option. In case you face any difficulties from this vendor, you can raise warnings using the Warning option and block messages using the Blocking Message option respectively.

在内部说明选项卡下，您将在Purchase Order选项上看到Warning，您可以从给定的选项中为该供应商的采购订单选择合适的操作。如果不想生成任何类型的警告消息，可以选择No message选项。如果您遇到来自该供应商的任何困难，您可以使用Warning选项提出警告，并使用阻塞消息选项分别阻止消息。

This feature will be available for the products also. You can check the product details window as shown below where you can find the Warning feature under the Purchase tab.

When you confirm a purchase order with a vendor or product with a warning, Odoo will automatically raise a warning message so that you will be notified regarding the issue with the selected vendor or product.
