In business, the word marketing is very relevant. Marketing is the process of getting our business to people. There are multiple methods of marketing. We may advertise on social media or provide SMS, emails, etc. Odoo mainly has three types of marketing, namely.

1.Email Marketing

2.SMS Marketing

3.Social Marketing

We also have marketing automation options. This marketing automation allows you to create marketing campaigns. Marketing automation makes it easy to create compelling marketing programs and templates.

You can also access a list of previously generated campaigns from the Marketing Automation Dashboard. You can also check the status of the campaign on this page. Campaign names, the total number of campaigns, active campaigns, completed campaigns, and the number of campaign participants can all be found in the marketing automation dashboard.

You can create a new campaign by clicking the Create button.

Name: Name of the created campaign.

Target: Adds a target model for the campaign.

Add New Activity: Click this option to create multiple activities.

Name: Here, you can add a name for your activity.

Activity Type: Determines the action type. Action type can be either email or SMS.

Email Template: The activity was created using the template used for the activity.

Email templates can be customized. Go to the email template selection box and click the link button to configure the activity email template. A popup will appear with the option to create a new template. Here are the many building blocks for creating email text. Drag and drop the correct building blocks to complete the puzzle.

There you will find a tab with options. This allows further functionality to be integrated.

Here you will find email options such as attaching files, replying, etc.

Once the process is complete, you can save and close the window to create and schedule activities.

Then click Save & Close or Save & New.

Click the "Start" button to start the campaign.

Please click the stop button to end the campaign. Selecting a participant will display the list of participants.
